I dedicated 22 years of my career to the intricacies of labor and employee relations and union negotiations followed by 18 years of empowering employees in management represented facilities while successfully maintaining union-free environments.

 

As the owner of HRIU, and a seasoned coach and training facilitator for over three decades, I've honed my craft in empowering organizations to unlock their full potential through comprehensive HR and engagement training programs. My current tenure as an Adjunct Instructor at Indiana Tech and Huntington University underscores my commitment to nurturing the next generation of HR professionals.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply rooted in family values. I'm proudly married for 40 years with three adult daughters and three cherished grandchildren. Engaged in church ministry and as an active member of the Gideon's and Lion's Club, I prioritize service to others.

 

With a Master of Business Administration and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Speech Communication, coupled with former HRCI - SPHR and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certifications, my qualifications underscore a commitment to excellence.

 

In my spare moments, I relish family time, tending to my yard, indulging in outdoor pursuits like hunting and berry-picking, and appreciate the joys of being a grandpa.
